COMEDY SHOW BENEFITING HELPING HANDS OF VEGAS VALLEY ON JUNE 22

Free admission with donation of a non-perishable food item.

Proceeds aid community’s senior citizens

The Las Vegas Improvisation Players will host a comedy improv show benefiting the Helping Hands of Vegas Valley- a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community’s senior citizens. The “all new, every time” comedy and music show will be held on Saturday, June 22 at 7:00pm inside the American Heritage Academy, located at 6126 South Sandhill Road. A donation of a non-perishable food item gains admission to the show.  Show time is 7:00pm with doors opening at 6:40 p.m.

All food items and proceeds collected at the show will go to the Helping Hands of Vegas Valley food pantry and its mission of providing free, assistive services to senior citizens in Southern Nevada. The work and service they perform allows our community’s senior citizens to maintain their dignity and independence while improving health and daily living.

Inspired by suggestions from the audience, the Las Vegas Improvisation Players create on the spot hilarious new scenes, songs and poems in a format similar to the popular TV program “Whose Line is it Anyway?”  Keeping the comedy swift, fun and clean, these shows provide an enjoyable evening for the whole family.

It’s no joke. April is National Humor Month and the Las Vegas Improvisation Players are celebrating it with a brand new show of hilarious improvised comedy and music. The “all new, every time” comedy improv show will be on Saturday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the American Heritage Academy, located at 6126 South Sandhill Road in Las Vegas. Tickets are only $10 and available for purchase at the door which opens at 6:40 p.m.

As one of the area’s longest running improv troupes, the Las Vegas Improvisation Players have provided quick-witted, spur-of-the-moment comedy to thousands of Las Vegas valley residents over the years. The Las Vegas Improvisation Players salute our troops and celebrate our veterans with a special comedy improv show on Saturday, November 17 at 7:00pm. The “clean-burning” improvised comedy and music show will be held at the American Heritage Academy, located at 6126 South Sandhill Road in Las Vegas.

All current and former members of our military and their guests are invited free of charge to show. Guests only need to show military ID card to be admitted to the show. For all others, tickets are only $10 and available for purchase at the door which opens at 6:40 p.m.
